​Dr. Paul Mensah is an Advanced Practice Provider (APP), with a Doctor of Nursing Degree (DNP) and Board Certification (BC) in Adult Gerontology and Acute Care. He acquired all his degrees from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia from 2015 to 2021, the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana (2007-2010), and the University of Cape Coast, Ghana (2002-2006). Before his Master's and Doctoral programs, Paul had over 7 years of experience in Microbiology and Infectious diseases with special interests in Public Health and Epidemiology through disease diagnosis, treatment, and counseling. He has since his training worked with numerous results-oriented Medical, Academic, and Research institutions including the Presbyterian Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania as a Hospitalist, Oak Street Health, Excel Medical Center, Heart Care Consultants, and other Physician offices and Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Philadelphia and the Delaware counties as an Academic Preceptor and as a Primary Care Provider for Adults and Geriatrics. His wide range of experiences has equipped him to passionately provide comprehensive primary care services to manage chronic, and complex medical conditions for young and older adults. Paul is currently accepting new patients at PAMA through Appointments and Walk-ins. He would be honored to have you as his patient.
